Golf Defined is committed to tailoring instruction to its students and designing instruction plans guided by individual player needs, goals, body types, and strengths. The indoor facility utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including GC Quad launch monitors, Swing Catalyst motion plate and an indoor bunker, to provide a climate-controlled, data-driven learning environment year-round. Since the company's opening in 2021, Golf Defined has shown consistent growth year over year. The company is proudly owned and managed from top to bottom by PGA Professionals.

Position Summary

Golf Defined currently has two postings. One is for PGA Professionals and the other is for PGA PGM Affiliates or Associates. This post is for PGA Affiliates or Associates.

Golf Defined is looking to hire its next Certified Professional Coach that provides high-quality, personalized golf instruction to a diverse clientele, ranging from juniors and beginners to advanced players. If you teach with a passion for the game, work with students to achieve their unique goals while being fluent in available technology; this is a great fit for you. As a company, Golf Defined believes not only in the improvement of its clients but also covets the professional development of its PGA Professionals or future PGA Professionals.

Experience Required

• PGA Affiliate or Associate (PGA Professionals see other post)
• 4 year college degree preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of golf trends and equipment (i.e. training aids, clubs, applications)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Essential Responsibilities

• Become fluent in the technology provided to help your clients play better golf
• Utilize your golf knowledge to help provide a plan designed around each individual student
• Continued education in teaching, coaching, and general golf knowledge
• Maintain the facility (i.e. equipment, cleanliness, organization)
• Perform daily tasks on individual bookkeeping through Excel
• Opening and closing duties, securing the facility
• Create an environment that welcomes learning
• Great communication with staff and clientele
• Treat others how you would want to be treated in their situation
