Lehigh University’s Department of Management, in partnership with Lehigh University – West (Lehigh West), invites applications for a full-time (non-tenure track) Teaching Professor position with a dual appointment as Assistant Director of Academic Programs and Partnerships for Lehigh West.

Requirements
Interested candidates must, by the time of appointment, hold a completed Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Organizational Behavior, Business Policy, or a related field, and have demonstrated teaching experience at the collegiate level, or related professional experience.
The successful candidate will hold a joint academic and administrative role, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management, business strategy, and innovation, while supporting the development, facilitation, and operationalization of academic programs and partnerships in the San Francisco Bay Area and western U.S.
The expected teaching schedule for this position is 6 courses per year, or 18 credits.
While the position is not tenurable, Teaching Assistant Professors who develop excellent records in the areas of teaching and service are expected to become eligible for consideration for promotion to the rank of Teaching Associate Professor, and ultimately to the rank of Teaching Full Professor.
