Spend your summer outside at the beach coaching kids, surfing every day and working with a fun team! (if you don't know how to surf, we will teach you!)
Boston Surf Adventures is hiring energetic, responsible, and positive Surf Camp Coaches to spend the summer outdoors at Nahant Beach, helping kids build confidence, learn to surf, and have an unforgettable experience in the ocean.
If you love working with kids, being active, and spending your days in the sun and saltwater—this is the job.

What You’ll Do
As a Surf Camp Coach, you’ll:
Lead groups of kids ages 6–14 in beach and surf activities
Help beginners learn how to surf safely
Play beach games and create a positive camp environment
Support ocean safety and awareness
Encourage campers and celebrate their progress
Be a role model and mentor

Excited to be outside all day
Have Reliable Daily Transportation to Nahant Beach
Available to work M-F 9:30-2:30 from June 29-Aug 28 (more dates available if you want to work adult lessons as well)
Lifeguard Certified (Must complete before camp starts)
Surf Experience is NOT REQUIRED, we will teach you how to surf!
