Strength & Conditioning Coach – High Performance Tennis Camp
$1,000–$1,200 per week, plus free housing and meals for 7 weeks.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our high-performance tennis camp. This is a key role focused on developing athletic performance and implementing injury prevention strategies for junior players.
Our program trains athletes ages 8–18, ranging from entry-level tournament players to elite national and international competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement age-appropriate strength & conditioning programs
Focus on injury prevention, mobility, and long-term athletic development
Support tennis-specific performance (speed, agility, coordination, power)
Work closely with coaching staff to align physical training with on-court development
Monitor athlete workload, recovery, and progression
Educate players and families on training habits, recovery, and injury prevention
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about developing young athletes from the ground up
Understands the balance between performance training and injury prevention
Able to work with a wide range of levels—from beginner competitors to elite players
Collaborative, positive, and detail-oriented

Requirements
Qualifications:
CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) required
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience working with youth athletes (ages 8–18)
Background in tennis or rotational sports strongly preferred
Strong understanding of long-term athlete development (LTAD) principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must love kids and be a good role model!
