SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager HR Process Optimization is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Employee and Manager Experience during the employee life cycle. This role involves analyzing current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to streamline operations. The Sr. Manager HR Process Optimization will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as an advisor and member in the HRLT identifying areas of improvement and proposing continuous improvement solutions.
Develops and implement strategies to optimize HR processes, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
Collaborates with HRLT members to prioritize, track, complete HR department objectives and priorities.
Leads process improvement projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Facilitates change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
Provides insight and analysis to yield better decision making on critical ad-hoc topics and major department programs.
Drives cross-departmental strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation ensuring all HR is well connected.
Provides support and program management oversight for special projects and initiatives.
Plans, coordinates, and leads HRLT meetings and workshops.
Reviews employee life cycle and propose improvements, efficiencies and standardization of HR process with focus in improving employee and manager experience.
Engages with different stakeholders within or outside HR to design and develop a plan for process implementation or improvement that enables effective adoption and ensures successful implementation/communication of HR processes.
Proposes and manages innovative ways to use SmartConnect for HR processes as well as monitoring in conjunction with Engagement Director Happy People pillar for desktop employees.
Responsible for HRQS process as well as analyzing results and proposing areas of improvement.
Responsible for Top Employer and Great Place to Work surveys.
Works with Head of Engagement in analyzing GPTW results and suggesting areas of improvement.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, human resource management or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
8-10 years of relevant experience in project management with a focus on process optimization
Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI)
First Choice or Six Sigma certification preferred.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Align, communicate and influence HRLT team to drive variety of projects with own view of the performance of the team and business, and makes proposal for improvements and efficiencies.
Develop strong, trusting relationships with performance and programs global team, global HR leadership team and local IT teams
Analytical & problem-solving skills to be able to analyze and interpret relevant data and metrics. Fact base decision making and analytical skills, including critical thinking, reasoning and problem solving
Ability to support HR projects and dive into detail as needed to accomplish objectives
Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively under pressure with poise and professionalism
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to influence and drive change across the departments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regular sitting at workstation for 25 75% of the work shift
Frequent standing and walking
