Overview

Co-leading and implementing junior programming vision, structure concepts and all aspects of the academy business plan.

Co-lead individual and group adult instruction programs when not engaged in other aspects of the junior golf instruction program.

Excels in business development and solutions; Arrange business meetings, sales calls and in person one-on-one conversations with prospective students and families.

Identifying and implementing new programs and services to attract new and existing golfers.

Strong administrative skills; coordinating academy client and future staff schedule, managing billing/POS software and academy technology/software.

Communicate effectively with academy parents, athletes and Sanford Sports Complex administration

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree required.

In lieu of a degree, may consider six years applicable work
experience.

Minimum of 3 years skills training and/or coaching experience. Previous academy, high school or collegiate golf coaching experience is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

A full-time salaried associate golf instructor position in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The year-round full swing and short game training facility at Great Shots on the Sanford Sports Complex includes access to indoor and outdoor hitting bays equipped with game improvement technology (Trackman, Foresite) and a short game putting studio with PuttView technology. The position co-leads year-round coaching programs for all skills and ages in the Sioux Falls community and Sanford Health region.
