Our client is seeking Speech Language Pathologist in Essex County. Starting $85/hour

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assess and treat people who have communication disorders
* Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty
* Identify clients' goals for treatment
* Create and carry out an individualized treatment plan that addresses specific functional needs
* Teach clients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency
* Help clients improve vocabulary and sentence structure
* Work with clients to develop and strengthen the muscles used to swallow
* Counsel clients and their families on how to cope with communication and swallowing disorders

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree
* Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
* NJ State Certifications
* Experience treating young adult populations
* Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
* School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
* Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
* Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
* Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
