ATN International
Brava by One is seeking a SMB Solutions Specialist who is responsible for generating new business and retaining/upselling current customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls and industry events. This role is primarily in the field and carries a sales target focused on building relationships with clients and driving sales to achieve growth targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES New Business:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and convert new leads to drive subscriber growth.Door-to-Door Sales: Generate new business through direct, in-person interactions with potential customers.Face-to-Face Events: Build relationships and drive sales at events like Lunch and Learns, and industry-specific gatherings.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with high MRR SMB customers.CRM Management: Ensure Salesforce accuracy for forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Continuously improve sales skills through training and development initiatives and other upskilling activities.Customer RetentionLead Conversion: Efficiently convert leads into customers through outbound calls.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Maximize revenue by offering additional products and services to existing customers through retention programs.Churn Management: Identify at-risk customers and execute strategies to retain them, growing spend.Customer Win-Backs: Execute initiatives to regain lost customers.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 3+ years experience in a face to face or field sales role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage sales territory.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.Ability to work collaboratively within a geographically dispersed matrix structure.Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams for documentation, reporting, collaboration and project management.
