We are looking for a proven Service Manager with Jaguar Land Rover experience to lead our high-performing service department and continue elevating our client experience, team performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a high-performing service team including advisors, technicians, and support staff
Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) to exceed manufacturer and dealership benchmarks
Manage daily operations including workflow, scheduling, and capacity planning
Oversee warranty compliance, diagnostics processes, and repair quality
Partner with parts and sales departments to ensure a seamless client experience
Monitor and improve key metrics: ELR, hours per RO, technician productivity & proficiency
Ensure adherence to Jaguar Land Rover North America policies and standards
Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the service department
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Service Manager experience within Jaguar Land Rover is REQUIRED
Strong understanding of JLR systems, warranty processes, and brand expectations
Proven track record of driving CSI and department profitability
Leadership skills with the ability to coach, hold accountable, and motivate a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-end clientele and resolve escalated concerns professionally
