Helm Vision Group, a busy 3-office practice based in Santa Clarita California is looking for a comprehensive ophthalmologist to join our team!  New residency graduates are welcome.  You would be mentored within a highly ethical practice.  If you love people and love helping people, this is the place for you.  You will be well-compensated and on a 2-year track to partnership.  If your primary focus is to become the best practitioner that you can be, which includes having superb clinical judgement, and high surgical skills, then this is your home away from home!  This is a practice where everyone treats everyone with kindness, love and respect.  You can expect to perform over 500 cataracts your first year, but your scope of practice would include glaucoma, and other aspects of comprehensive ophthalmology.  We currently have 5 ophthalmologists and 4 optometrists.  We have an ASC on site in our Valencia office.  This is a wonderful place to live.  It is a safe community with excellent schools and a diverse patient base.  Spanish-speaking patients are commonly seen here so knowing Spanish is a plus.  However, almost all of our staff are bilingual, so it's not essential that you are bilingual.  We have excellent tech support and you would have scribes in your room.  We use Compulink.  You would be expected to rotate within the week to all 3 offices.
