Our client is seeking Rider Assistants to supervise students while enroute to and from school to help ensure students are transported safely.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS/COMPENSATION
*Monday thru Friday- Morning and/or afternoon coverage- schedule times may vary
*Up to $25/hr

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Rider Assistant will ride along with the Driver and help insure students are transported safely and efficiently from one location to another.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
*High School Diploma or GED
*Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English
*Must successfully pass a drug screen, background check & child abuse/neglect clearance.
*2-5 years experience working with adolescents & teens
*Experience with Special needs children a plus
*Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
*Some roles require the ability to assist children physically, which may include lifting up to 2550 pounds
*Patience and professionalism
