The Revenue & Executive Assistant plays a dual strategic and administrative role, supporting the hotel's revenue optimization efforts while providing high-level support to the Executive Office. This position delivers analytical insight through reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while also supporting the General Manager and Managing Committee with executive-level administrative and communication support.
The role serves as a critical link between revenue strategy, reservations execution, and executive leadership. By ensuring data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and clear communication, the Revenue & Executive Assistant contributes directly to maximizing hotel performance and enhancing guest satisfaction. This position acts as a trusted partner to leadership while remaining closely connected to the hotel's operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Analysis
- Produce and maintain accurate revenue and performance reports to evaluate business strategies and support overall revenue optimization
- Assist in developing revenue forecasts to support hotel goal-setting and competitive positioning
- Analyze the results of pricing strategies, promotions, and revenue initiatives, and provide clear summary insights to hotel leadership and strategy teams
- Support Sales and Marketing initiatives through targeted data analysis and reporting aligned with demand patterns
- Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of revenue management systems and tools
- Serve as a resource and contributor to hotel-wide revenue initiatives and ad hoc analytical projects
Reservations & Inventory Support
- Manage guest room reservation requests, system interfaces, and inventory controls
- Balance room inventory and coordinate group rooming lists and contracted room blocks in collaboration with Revenue and Sales teams
- Support Front Office upsell programs and additional revenue enhancement opportunities
- Handle guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax, including pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay requests
- Manage special billing requests and coordinate guest-specific needs across hotel departments
- Utilize hotel systems such as Reserve, Opera, OTA extranets, Hyatt Revenue Management tools, and Group Reservation systems to ensure seamless reservations execution
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative and analytical support to the General Manager and Executive Office
- Analyze operational, financial, and guest data, including profit and loss statements, income reports, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, correspondence, and strategic documentation
- Support the Executive Office in developing strategic plans, action items, and follow-up based on business performance insights
- Address guest concerns and customer satisfaction inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and timely follow-through
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, and personnel information

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of hotel operations, revenue management, or related hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, Reserve, PRIO, OTA extranets, and revenue management tools strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Publisher, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, statistical, and performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports and correspondence
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Flexible schedule availability based on business needs
