Restaurant Manager needed w/ HS Diploma/GED or Foreign equiv & 2 yrs exp as a Restaurant Mgr performing following job duties: Oversee the oper'ns of the Restaurant. Prep restaurant policies for safe oper'ns & conduct training exercises. Ensure the restaurant follows health & safety regs. Respond to customer complaints & ensure they are resolved. Estimate food & beverage costs & purchase requisitions for Indian cooking. Investigate & resolve food qlty problems. Plan the menu w/ Chefs to budget & order raw products as necessary, thereby maintaining effective inventory levels. Prep weekly expenditure & income stmts. Benefits: 5 Sick days. Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm - Tue - Fri (1 Hr Lunch Break), 3:00pm -10:00pm - Sat/Sun (1 Hr Lunch Break). Day Off: Mon. Salary: $110,302.00/yr. Job Location: Jackson Heights, NY.
