accepting applications from Florida DBPR licensed building inspectors in Pensacola, Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL.

Our affiliate, Alabama Building Code Compliance Authority, is hiring for Montgomery, AL.   Utilizing our

proprietary field inspection software, you'll perform code compliant on-site inspections, reporting results in

real time to local jurisdiction and client.  Great pay, with benefits including company matched 401k and 

medical insurance premium reimbursement.  Furnished IPAD, work boots, hard hat and uniform shirts, with

reimbursement for personal cell phone use.  CEU training reimbursed also.  You'll be assigned inspections

(in accordance with your licensure) in the zip codes that you choose to work in.  This is a ideal job for recently

retired building inspectors,  a great part time job for currently employed building inspectors and experienced contractors.

Requirements

Current Florida DBPR licensure as a Residential Inspector is desired.  Alabama Inspectors must have current ICC Certifications.  Must be eligible for licensure at time of employment if not currently licensed.  Commercial inspector licensees welcome to apply also.
