At SimonMed, we’re doing things differently. Recent shifts in the national radiology landscape have left many physicians questioning the stability and transparency of their current groups. As a physician-founded and physician-led practice, we believe your compensation should be predictable, transparent, and aligned with national benchmarks, not subject to corporate debt-cycle adjustments.
We offer a high-volume, low-friction environment where you can practice your way. No evenings, no overnights, and no weekend requirements.
Why the "Outpatient Teleradiology" Move?
- Radical Pay Transparency: Our RVU-based model is tied to clear CMS/Medicare benchmarks. You’ll never wonder where your numbers come from.
- Uncapped Upside: In 2025, our top earners across all subspecialties brought home $775k – $1.85M. Because you keep the upside of your efficiency, your earning potential is truly unlimited.
- AI-Driven Efficiency: Our proprietary tools handle the heavy lifting, meaning you earn more per hour with significantly less burnout.
- True Flexibility: Design your own schedule (FT, PT, W2, or 1099) with no evenings, overnights, or weekends required.
- Full-Time Perks: 12 weeks of time off, comprehensive benefits, plus access to a deferred compensation plan (in addition to 401k) for significant tax-deferred savings and growth.
Your Practice, Your Terms: Whether you want to focus exclusively on your subspecialty or maintain a broad mix, we categorize our worklists to fit your clinical preference and licensing needs (including state-specific filters to respect non-compete concerns).
