We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist looking for a fresh start in the new year or a new graduate ready to grow in a supportive, well-established office.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• Open to adding Fridays for hygiene-only (no doctor on-site)
• Part-time options available — open to discussion

Compensation & Benefits

• $70–$80/hour (based on experience)

Ideal Candidate

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (State of Washington)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care
• Experience with or willingness to use:
  • Air powder polishing 
  • Diode laser technology
• Comfortable with Dentrix (or similar dental software)
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, modern practice
• Professional, team-oriented, and dependable
