Description
OverviewAs a Recreational Desk Attendant at the Country Club of Colorado, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our members and guests. You will be responsible for overseeing activities and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment across the fitness area and the pool area. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about customer service, adept at multitasking and enjoys working in a leisure-oriented environment.
Essential Responsibilities
**Key Responsibilities**- **Front Desk Duties:** - Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries related to recreational facilities and activities. - Provide accurate information about club services, events, and amenities. - Handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales.- **Pool Area Management:** - Monitor pool area to ensure safety regulations are observed. - Enforce pool rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. - Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, administering first aid as needed. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including arranging chairs and umbrellas.**Customer Service Excellence:**- Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly and courteously.- Proactively resolves issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience.- Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all patrons.**Team Collaboration:**- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.- Assist in training new employees and providing support as needed.
