We are working with the Founder of Boutique Equities Investment Firm who is actively seeking an entrepreneurial Quantitative Lead to build and scale its data and research capabilities. This role offers the chance to join a growing investment team, architeting the firm's quantitative research foundation from the ground up, partnering closely with their CIO to enhance the firm's research processes, and help shape future quantitative strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a long‑term quantitative research roadmap aligned with the firm's investment philosophy
• Design and implement the data, research, and analytics infrastructure
• Translate fundamental investment hypotheses into data‑driven tests and validation frameworks
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate new data sources, assessing signal quality, coverage, and cost‑effectiveness
• Produce clear, actionable research with an emphasis on explainability and practical value to discretionary investing
• Collaborate with senior investment leadership to incorporate quantitative insights into idea generation, diligence, and monitoring across public and private markets

Preferred Experience:

• 3-10 years of experience in systematic investing, quantitative research, etc.
• Strong knowledge in public and/or private equity markets (fundamental equity preferred)
• Thrives in a blank slate, collaborative environment
