Job Duties
- Manage end to end implementation of the Centers programming
- Coordinate program logistics and operations
- Direct recruitment, onboarding, and participant support
- Lead and manage Graduate Assistants and support Regional Director
- Administer program tracking, reporting, and evaluation
- Coordinate stakeholder and partner engagement
- Assist with budget coordination and administrative compliance
Requested Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Related fields like communications, public relations, marketing, project management, program development)
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience managing or coordinating programs, projects, or events
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously , meet deadlines, and execute program logistics from planning through delivery
- Experience supporting recruitment/outreach efforts (e.g., participant recruitment, event promotion, partner outreach, or marketing communications)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to draft professional participant and stakeholder communications
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Monday.com) ; ability to learn program tracking/CRM systems
- Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends and travel locally/regionally as needed
Other Preferences for Consideration
- Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, Education, Public Administration, ore related field
- Experience in entrepreneurship, workforce, education, community programs, or small business support preferred
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, incubators/accelerators, or startup ecosystem programs
- Experience planning and executing signature events (pitch competitions, conferences, convenings, etc.)
- Strong marketing/outreach capability (campaign planning, social media/email marketing coordination, audience growth, partner-based outreach)
- Experience collecting and analyzing program data
- Strong relationship -building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail, excellent customer service, and an entrepreneurial mindset
