Description
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader to accelerate our Family Banking strategy, creating integrated experiences across Chase's lines of business to address evolving family needs. You will identify and execute net new revenue opportunities for the Consumer Bank and identify and commercialize cross-line-of-business (e.g., credit card, investing) growth initiatives that strengthen our relationships with parents and children.As a Product Manager in Consumer Bank - Family Banking, you will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and exceptional collaboration skills with a customer-first mindset. You will influence executive decisions, partner across lines of business, and ensure that our family offerings deliver measurable impact for customers and the firm. Job responsibilities
- Utilize data and research to identify unmet customer needs where there could also be an opportunity to deepen our relationship with parents and children. With partners, develop potential strategic solutions (e.g., new marketing or sales campaign; new feature for a current product; net new offering) to validate in experimentation and/or research. Assess business opportunity for winning concepts (e.g., partner to develop a business case).
- Lead execution of family-focused solutions with partners / lines of business across Chase for winning concepts.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable commercialization plans that balance customer needs, revenue potential, and operational feasibility.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital and branch channels.
- Track performance metrics post-launch, identifying opportunities to optimize growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across lines of business and functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Chase Branch Network) to identify partnership, deepening, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Leverage data and insights to size and prioritize opportunities to drive customer lifetime value and improve holistic customer experiences.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for household penetration, incremental revenue, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategy and maintain Chase's leadership in family banking.
- Lead through influence, driving alignment and collaboration across stakeholder groups, and ensuring disciplined execution of initiatives with shared accountability for outcomes.
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to diverse stakeholders and executive audiences and champion a customer-first culture that reflects the diverse financial needs of modern families.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proven ability to build and articulate compelling business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of P&L drivers and customer economics.
- Demonstrated success driving collaboration and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional prioritization, persuasive communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-centric approach with ability to balance strategic and tactical execution.
