• Identify new opportunities for pump, power and HVAC products for our Beaumont, TX, Sulphur, LA and Monroe, LA markets
• Develop and facilitate new product training content for internal sales, operations service personnel as well as external customers
• Joint selling
• Product pricing implementation
• Develop o-to-market strategy for pump, power and HVAC products

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3 + years facilitation, presentation, and teaching skills
• Superior interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Knowledge of portable pump, power and HVAC equipment is required.

Education/Years of Experience:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous 5 - 7 years' pump, power and HVAC experience is preferred.
