Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – Have Fun While Helping Kids Thrive! 

OT Studios is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our fun, supportive, and passionate team! We provide in-clinic and in-home therapy (within 5 miles) and believe therapy should be effective and joyful. 
Whether you’re a new grad or experienced PT, if you love working with kids and making a real impact, you’ll fit right in. 

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using play-based, evidence-based interventions 
Create individualized treatment plans that help kids build strength, mobility, and confidence 
Work closely with families and our interdisciplinary team 
Track progress with clear, simple documentation 
Coach parents on carryover strategies for home and community success 
  
 What We’re Looking For

PT degree from an accredited program 
Active (or eligible) state PT license 
Experience with pediatrics preferred (new grads welcome!) 
Positive energy, empathy, and a genuine love for kids 
Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  
Pay & Benefits

$60–$70 per hour (based on experience level and negotiable) 
$83,000- $93,000 annual salary/benefits
