- Part-Time Product Education & Wellness Trainer
Description
We are seeking passionate, engaging part-time Product Education & Wellness Trainers to deliver high-quality product education and wellness-based learning experiences in live, virtual, and hybrid settings. This role is an excellent opportunity for certified health coaches, wellness professionals, and educators who want to expand their impact, build facilitation experience, and apply coaching skills in a structured education environment.
Trainers will deliver consistent, brand-aligned content while creating an engaging, motivating learning experience for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate live and virtual product education and wellness-focused training sessions
Deliver structured content while incorporating coaching-based engagement techniques
Create a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment
Adapt delivery style to audience needs, group size, and event format
Complete onboarding, certification, and content training as required
Collaborate with program managers for scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
Maintain confidentiality and uphold content integrity and brand standards
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Certified or trained health coach, wellness professional, or educator
Experience leading group sessions, workshops, or coaching programs
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable presenting both in-person and virtually
Reliable, organized, and professional
Ability to learn and deliver structured education content accurately
Preferred Qualifications
Background in nutrition, fitness, lifestyle medicine, or behavior change
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Group coaching or corporate wellness experience
Training, facilitation, or coaching certifications
Work Structure
Part-time, contract-based role
Flexible scheduling with advance notice of engagements
Opportunities for recurring sessions and advancement into senior trainer roles
Some travel may be required depending on assignment
Compensation based on experience, trainer tier, and engagement type
