JOB DESCRIPTION: CADDIE & OUTSIDE SERVICES MANAGER

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

• This individual must project a high degree of professionalism every day.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with efficient time/task management skills.
• Experience working in a private club setting is preferable.
• Service-oriented, show an attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be positive and energetic.

Essential Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Oversee the hiring, training ad scheduling of the Golf Services team.
• Manage daily scheduling of caddie assignments to daily, group and tournament play throughout the golf season.
• Facilitate the use of Club Up software to prepare Golf Services schedule and to monitor/set caddie assignments.
• Be forward thinking, anticipate the needs of members and their guests, maintaining a mindset of continuous improvement in all areas of the operation.
• Maintain a fleet of 48 golf carts, oversee proper maintenance scheduling, cart rotation and general cleanliness of the fleet.
• Uphold the standards of the club in all impression areas; daily cleanliness of work stations, driving range, bag room, cart barn and caddie yard.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
