Outside Service Attendants at golf courses provide essential customer service and operational support, focusing on golfer greetings, bag handling, cart management, and driving range maintenance. Key tasks include preparing, cleaning, and storing golf carts, cleaning clubs, and maintaining the appearance of the bag drop and, range areas.

Experience Required

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and handle golf bags up to 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Schedule: Often requires early mornings, weekends, and holiday availability.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of golf operations and etiquette.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Member/Guest Services: Greet members/guests upon arrival, handle bag drop services, and assist with loading/unloading clubs.
• Cart Management: Clean, maintain, and stage golf carts. Ensure carts are stocked with towels, scorecards, pencils and divot mix.
• Practice Area Maintenance: Keep the driving range stocked with balls, operate ball-picking equipment, and maintain cleanliness of the putting green.
• Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing the cart barn, monitor pace of play (sometimes), and maintain the cleanliness of the bag drop area, cart staging area and parking lot.
