The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club, supporting the golf operations team with tasks like bag handling, cart preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities also include staging golf carts, providing services to golfers, and ensuring a seamless golfing experience.

Experience Required

Preferred: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf; strong communication skills; strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices; a positive attitude; high attention to detail and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist golfers with bags, promote events, marshal carts, maintain cleanliness of facilities, manage practice areas, complete daily assignments, and assist other staff as needed.
