Royal Golf Club is a privately owned, private golf club located in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Customer service:
  
  
  • Provide a positive and professional first impression for all members and guests.
  • Greet golfers, assist with their needs, and load/unload golf bags onto carts.
  • Offer assistance with any special needs.
• Golf cart management:
  
  
  • Clean golf carts, including washing, drying, and restocking with items like towels, scorecards, and pencils.
  • Stage carts in the correct area and ensure they are charged and ready for use.
  • Perform regular detailing and maintenance on the cart fleet.
• Practice area maintenance:
  
  
  • Set up and clean the driving range, putting green, and short game areas daily.
  • Pick up, clean, and organize range balls throughout the day.
  • Ensure the practice areas are tidy and well-stocked.
• General upkeep and support:
  
  
  • Keep the bag room organized, clean, and secure.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all work areas, including restrooms and refuse areas.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of tournaments and events as directed.
