Essential Responsibilities

Golf Cart Management:

• Prepare, stage, and maintain the golf cart fleet, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in excellent working condition.
• Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts and provide prompt service throughout their visit.

Practice Facility Oversight:

• Maintain the driving range and practice areas by setting up range balls, monitoring cleanliness, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure practice areas are organized, safe, and ready for use at all times.

Member and Guest Experience:

• Greet members and guests warmly, assist with bag drop services, and provide directions or information as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
