Overview

As a member of the Outside Services Operation team, the Attendant assists in managing the cart fleet, practice range, bag storage, and bag drops. This primarily will be a bag drop postion with driving range duties. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member-centric services resulting in an exceptional overall golf experience for Club Members and their guests.

Experience Required

Private club experience is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day Outside Operations.
• Man the bag drop three days a week. Unloading and loading member and guest clubs in and out of cars. Ensure a friendly welcome.
• Picks the driving range throughout the day and oversees pick-up and breakdown of the range. Responsible for range ball recovery and maintenance of ball picker.
• Provide club cleaning services to members and guests following play and range utilization.
• Maintains outside passage areas are clear by arranging carts in an orderly fashion after use.
