An exciting opportunity to join a value-based care organization based in Nevada. The practice is seeking a board-certified MD or DO in Primary Care/ Internal Medicine or Geriatrics experience to join their team.

The organization operates under a value-based care model emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, care coordination, and quality performance metrics. Physicians practice in an outpatient setting supported by interdisciplinary clinical staff, with structured workflows designed to support patient panel management and continuity of care.

• 10-15 patients per day, mainly a geriatric patient population.
• Outpatient Only, 4 Day Work Week.
• 1-1.5 MA's to each provider.
• No Phone Call, No Nights, No Weekends.
• Competitive Base Salary, Full Benefits, PTO, CME time plus allowance, sign-on bonus/ relocation available.

• Current Physician is looking to retire in the next 2-3 years. He currently lives in Henderson, NV, and commutes. You can live in a mountain town with a slower pace of life or you can commute; the option is yours!
