Description

• Coordinate with General Manager to develop daily crew schedules.
• Must be at the shop when crew arrive each morning, and when possible at the end of the crew day.
• Develop processes and procedures to increase efficiency
• Responsible for ensuring that all materials are procured and at the shop in time for crew to begin work. Coordinate with General Manager, Estimators and
• Crew Leaders to ensure material is pulled and ready for jobs
• Will work in conjunction with GM to develop schedule to secure materials.
• Ensure all equipment rental and job materials are within the job budget and arrive at the job site or shop at needed time.
• Responsible for fleet management: fueling, maintenance, safety for all vehicles and equipment
• Ensure monthly safety meetings are scheduled with enough lead time for all staff to attend.
• Daily meeting with General Manager 
• Develop and run weekly Crew Leader meeting
• Ensure all Equipment/Materials checklists are filled out completely by foreman and sent to Office and Procurement Managers.
• Ensure shop is clean, orderly, organized, labeled. 
• Job costing as needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in the horticulture field
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Excellent organizational skills
• Spanish speaking is an asset
