Description
Office AssistantThe Kandiyohi County Housing and Redevelopment Authority is accepting applications for a full-time, 40 hours per week, Office Assistant who will be officed at the Lakeview Apartments in Willmar, MN. Work hours are M-F, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. The position provides administrative support for the Public Housing Program and acts as the front-line contact for applicants, residents and the public to supply information and answer questions. The position assists in collecting applications and recertifications for rental housing, verifying information, preparing lease documents, entering information into the program software and preparing files for review
and approval.
