Job Responsibilities- Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at meeting their functional aspirations
- Implement Therapeutic Procedures: Apply evidence-based techniques to boost patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic practices for sustained progress at home
- Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ongoing education or additional certifications are welcomed and encouraged
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
