OBGYN Opportunity in Texas

Join a well-established OB/GYN team at a 220-bed hospital serving the Permian Basin. This program features a family-centered NICU and a highly collaborative care model supported by OB Hospitalists, Neonatologists, experienced registered nurses, and dedicated therapists. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a busy, well-supported practice with the ability to earn at the 90th percentile nationally.

Practice Setting

• Balanced practice with a mix of clinic and hospital-based care
• 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
• Average of 20-25 patients per day
• Strong multidisciplinary support allowing physicians to focus on patient care

Schedule & Call

• 4.5 clinic days per week with 0.5 dedicated surgical day
• Standard operating hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1:3 call rotation (practice call only)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation model: Base salary + RVU production + annual bonus
