A physician-led, rapidly growing integrated kidney care practice in Orange County, CA is seeking a Nephrologist who is motivated to build — not just maintain — a career in private practice.

Position Highlights:
- Balanced scope: made up of majority inpatient nephrology consults, as well as some dialysis oversight, and light outpatient clinic (1 afternoon/week)
- Modern, custom-built office space
- Strong NP and administrative support (MA, NP'S, Extenders, Credentialing Coordinator and Mentorship)

About the Opportunity/Practice:

- Join a high-quality practice providing comprehensive care across:
- Acute and chronic kidney disease (AKI & CKD)
- ESRD and dialysis management
- Hypertension and electrolyte/acid-base disorders
- Kidney transplant evaluation and follow-up
- Diet and lifestyle management as part of kidney care
- Balanced scope including:
- Inpatient Consults
- Coverage across hospitals
- Hemodialysis (with extender support)
- Limited outpatient clinic (~1 afternoon/week)
- Strong administrative and credentialing support — practice handles licensing, hospital privileges, and onboarding
- Mentorship available from senior nephrologists and experienced mid-level providers
- Strong NP/admin support with realistic workload expectations

You’ll work alongside experienced, board-certified nephrologists and an advanced practice provider team in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
Requirements
- Completion of Nephrology fellowship by 2026 or prior
- MD or DO
- Willing to live in Orange County California
- Able to work in US or on H1B visa
