Discover an incredible opportunity in Montana with an established, physician-led healthcare system. We're seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Opportunity:
• Seeking a BE/ BC Physician for a growing program, joining 1 MD and 1 APP who have lived in the area for over 20 years.
• Outpatient Clinic focused with limited backup ER Call
• 10-15 patients a day
• Critical Access Hospital has a full line of ancillary services.
• 4 Day Work Week at 0.8 FTE available, Full-time is M-F 1.0 FTE

Compensation:
• Base Salary is $352,000K plus wRVU bonus incentive
• Student Loan Repayment available through the state, up to $150,000K
• Sign-on Bonus is up to $130,000K
• 6 weeks PTO
• 2,000K additional per year for APP supervision
• Full Benefits, CME allowance is $4500 a year, malpractice, and 401k is also included
