OB/GYN PHYSICIAN - Community Hospital - Southern Mississippi
A well-established community hospital, part of a respected regional health system, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN to join its team of two physicians and one nurse practitioner. This thriving community is conveniently located just 45 minutes from New Orleans, Louisiana.
Established Medical Community
This well-established, 49-bed, full-service facility is one of two acute-care hospitals serving the local community. With over 50 years of service, the hospital offers a broad range of specialties supported by advanced technology.
The facility features a recently updated Baby-Friendly® labor and delivery unit, accessible surgical services with block scheduling, and plans for upcoming robotic surgery capabilities. NICU services are available through a nearby partner hospital.
Schedule
A clinic work week of Monday - Friday (4 Full Days, 1 Half Day) that offers a great work-life balance. Call includes 10 days a month, with additional paid call available.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a complete benefit program, compensation package and allotted vacation time. The site qualifies for Public Service/Rural Scholar Loan Forgiveness.
- Competitive MGMA starting at $425,000 coupled with wRVUs production incentives and quality incentive for ACO practice performance
- A one-time $50,000 loan and up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
- Monthly stipend of $1,500 for up to twelve months once contract is executed
- Benefits include malpractice insurance, 403B retirement, PTO, CME, CME allowance, and a robust medical, dental and vision coverage package.
