Job Summary
Highstone Holistic Wellness is seeking a compassionate, professional, and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic healing, client care, and promoting overall wellness through therapeutic massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, and therapeutic massage
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Create a relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for clients
Educate clients on wellness, stretching, posture, and self-care practices
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and properly prepared
Uphold all state licensing and professional standards
Collaborate with wellness practitioners and staff to support holistic care programs
Maintain inventory of massage supplies and linens
Qualifications
Valid state Massage Therapy License/Certification
Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, chiropractic office, or holistic practice preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
