Our clients are athletes and pre/post-surgery patients who depend on clinical expertise to recover, perform, and move without pain. Founded by Christopher Stubbs, a Sports Therapist with a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy and international experience, our practice is built on honesty, integrity, and education.

 
The Role

We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about the science of movement and prefers clinical problem-solving over relaxation-only sessions. You'll work with clients to develop treatment plans including:

• Deep Tissue & Clinical Massage
• Sports Massage (Pre-hab and Rehab)
• Orthopedic and Post-Surgical Therapy
• Deep Tissue Assisted Stretching
• This is a flexible position with scheduling based on client appointments—ideal for therapists seeking autonomy and work-life balance.

Requirements

Required:

• Valid Connecticut Massage Therapy License
• Strong anatomical knowledge and clinical mindset
• Commitment to professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• Ability to educate clients on their recovery journey

Preferred:

• Experience in Sports Therapy, orthopedic massage, or clinical settings
• Passion for working with athletes and pre/post-surgical patients
