Description
Deliver 45-, 60-, 75-, and 90-minute Swedish, Deep-tissue, Lymphatic, Prenatal, and fusion bodywork sessions (hands-on + intuitive techniques).
Integrate optional enhancements—sound healing instruments, crystals, aromatherapy, Ayurvedic oils, assisted stretching, and breathwork.
Conduct thorough intakes, chart SOAP notes, and offer home-care recommendations.
Maintain pristine treatment rooms—sage, linens, hot-cabby, and all.
Educate clients on self-care, upcoming Moon Circles, Sound Healings and personal self-empowerment classes.
Collaborate with our therapists, herbalists, and movement guides on special events and packages.
Uphold Illinois sanitation, draping, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Active Illinois Massage Therapy License (LMT).
Illinois currently requires 25 CE hours each 2-year renewal period, including 1 hour on domestic-violence/sexual-assault awareness.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience (spa, medical, or private practice preferred but not required).
Comfort with—or curiosity about—energy work, meditation, and holistic modalities.
Able to work a mix of evenings/weekends.
Excellent communication, documentation, and boundary-setting skills.
