Sándalo SPA is looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in East Boston. The therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic, relaxation, and specialty massage services based on client needs, maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a valid Massachusetts massage license, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client care and wellness.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Massage Therapist License (DOL) – required.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation; sports massage a plus).
• Ability to perform client assessments and customize treatments based on individual needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in compliance with state regulations.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
