Summary

Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa, & Marina is hiring for a Marina Manager!

What You'll Do:

• Ensure unsurpassed quality operation of friendly and courteous attitudes to all guests and crew.
• Supervise daily marina operations, including dock maintenance and fuel services.
• Responsible for all services offered, quality control, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe dock area, marina store, and adjacent facilities.
• Budget planning and managing expenses.
• Ensure the marina facility is well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests and staff.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all marina activities.
• Effective communication and planning of annual & transient memberships, boat shows, and engagement events.
• Direct supervision, hiring, and coaching of Marina associates.
