Develop & implmnt comprehensive biz strategies that align w/ the property's goals & objctvs; foster a culture of excellence & continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction & operational efficiency; act as the primary spokesperson for the property, maintaining a positive public image & fostering strg relationships w/ the community & ind partners, incl participating as a member of the Yountville Tourism Improvement board; oversee the fin perfrmnc of the property, incl budgeting, forecasting, & fin rprting; dvlp & implmnt fin strategies to enhance rev streams & optimize cost-efficiency across all departments; oversee & manage all dvlpmt projs & asset mgmt initiatives across the property, ensuring alignment w/ the strat goals of the commercial real estate firm; lead the coordination of renovation projs, property enhancements, & maint efforts to maximize the value & functionality of the entire Estate Yountville property; ensure seamless integration of hotel ops w/ property mgmt to maintain the highest standards of luxury & guest satisfaction; oversee the mgmt of front office, housekeeping, guest svcs, & F&B operationsincluding restaurants, bars, banquets, & catering servicesensuring seamless & efficient ops across all guest-facing departments; lead, mentor, & cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive & inclusive workplace culture.
