Earth Care is a 40+year old company serving high-end homes in the Northeast Valley.

 responsible for maintaining professional and courteous contact with the homeowner & understanding and fulfilling the clients' desires for their property.

 ensuring that no maintenance detail is overlooked

 determining, ordering and scheduling pick-up of new and replacement plants for clients

 making sure irrigation and lighting systems are correctly functioning

 facilitating inventory checks and purchase of replacement materials

 attending and participating in weekly staff meetings and training

 collaborating with team members to accomplish goalsWork well as a team member
Self-motivated
Employee must be dependable
Able to work at a fast paced, safe manner
Must be able to handle extreme summer heat.
Physically able to handle the work load and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
Have reliable transportation to/from work.

Requirements

Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy. Legal documentation to verify employment (E-Verify). Physically able to handle the work load and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance and have reliable transportation to/from work. Must also complete paperwork and administrative requirements related to the job while maintaining a professional attitude. Must always be courteous when interacting with customers and office staff.
