Experience Required

• Basic golf knowledge and customer service experience are a plus.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room, showers, restrooms, and common areas.
• Provide services such as shoe cleaning, polishing, and minor shoe repairs.
• Assist members with lockers, towels, toiletries, and personal requests.
• Restock supplies (towels, toiletries, beverages, etc.) as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and member service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
