OverviewCharter Oak Country Club, established in 2000, is an exclusive and prestigious golf club located in the picturesque town of Hudson, Massachusetts, about thirty miles west of Boston. The Clubhouse is a magnificent 38,000-square-foot building constructed in traditional Georgian style, combining elegance and charm with modern functionality. Experience Required
- Basic golf knowledge and customer service experience are a plus.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room, showers, restrooms, and common areas.
- Provide services such as shoe cleaning, polishing, and minor shoe repairs.
- Assist members with lockers, towels, toiletries, and personal requests.
- Restock supplies (towels, toiletries, beverages, etc.) as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and member service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
