Position Overview:

Provide administrative and project support to the Loan Operations team. Audit the note archiving process to ensure accuracy, scan and index documentation, assist with efficiency projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Loan Operations team and learn internal department workflows
• Scan and index documents as necessary or manage digital filing processes to ensure accuracy.
• Audit archived loan notes to ensure accurate storage for future access.
• Participate in efficiency projects to improve processes and streamline workflows.

• Course work toward a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
• Capability with MS Office and other business software platforms
