We are seeking a licensed massage therapist who is comfortable working independently in a calm, private setting. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy and is confident managing their schedule and client care without on-site team support.

Duties
Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, including deep tissue massage, relaxation, and trigger point therapy. Other modalities are welcomed
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety
Apply techniques for pain management, muscle relaxation, and injury recovery
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness
Maintain detailed records of treatments, client responses, and progress in compliance with medical terminology standards
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health protocols and sanitation standards
Experience
Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally and liability insurance
Proven experience in client service, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and empathetic communication
Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage
Prior work in a med spa or healthcare setting is desirable, but not required
Recent EWC graduates are welcome to apply if you are confident in the style of massage you practice
Ability to assess client needs accurately and adapt treatments accordingly
Familiarity with customer service excellence and maintaining professional standards
