Estate Wise Legal Group, LLP seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation or Real Estate Attorney to join our team. Our firm focuses on estate planning, probate, guardianships, litigation, and Real Estate transactions, and we are committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, courtroom experience or a desire to develop litigation experience, and the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Attending hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Communicating with clients and opposing counsel
- Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, deeds, and closing documents
- Assisting clients with residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Conducting title and document review
- Advising clients on real estate compliance and legal risks
- Coordinating with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
