Who Are We Looking For?
We’re currently seeking two experienced litigation attorneys to join our Albany office. One position is for a general litigator with experience or an interest in Trucking & Transportation law; the second position is for a medical malpractice attorney.

Perks & Benefits
We offer a competitive salaries, $100,000 to $145,000. The salary range listed represents the firm’s good-faith estimate of the range of compensation for the position, and does not include bonuses. Actual compensation will depend on many factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and overall experience.

Requirements
General Litigation Attorney: 2+ years of litigation experience in New York courts. Our needs include experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, research, analytical and writing skills, client relations and reporting, and trial assistance. Must have experience or an interest in trucking and transportation and general insurance defense and self-insured defense.
Medical Malpractice Attorney: 3-4+ years of litigation experience in New York courts. Our needs include experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, research, analytical and writing skills, client relations and reporting, and trial assistance. Must have experience or an interest in medical malpractice, as well as general civil litigation and civil rights litigation.
Admission to the New York State Bar is necessary. Bonus points for candidates who bring initiative and a desire to grow with the firm.
