We value presence, individualized treatment, and genuine connection, and we’re looking for a massage therapist who resonates with this approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, patient-centered clinic.

 What we offer:

  Commission-based employment (starting at 60/40, with growth to 50/50)

  100% of tips go to you 

  Commission on retail items sold

 Continuing education stipend

Requirements

• Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish massage and Deep tissue
• Demonstrated ability to support pain and stress management and provide tailored care
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Licensure in massage therapy as required by the state of New Jersey
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and professional workspace
• Flexibility to accommodate varied schedules, including weekends and evenings
